Trial, appellate, and arbitration attorney, with specialties in corporate - organization, executive management, consulting/general counsel, criminal, employment, and probate law.
Executive-level management experience with large organizations, including budget and human resource planning.
Litigation practice at both the federal and state levels to juries, judges and administrative panels. Experienced arbitrator.
Lead trial counsel in several high profile matters making new law.

Argued several cases before Michigan’s appellate courts, including the landmark creditor’s rights case Daniels v. Ware, which caused a change to Michigan law.

Shriners Hospitals for Children is an international network of 22 hospitals providing speciality care at no cost to the patient. Shriners is both a client and a personal mission. As General Counsel for both the Detroit Shriners (a 4000 member organization) and the internationally-reknowned Shrine Circus (founded in Detroit, MI in 1906), and as Executive Secretary of the Board of Governors of the Chicago Hospital, responsibilities have included executive-level management including budget and human resources for its employees. The mission is simple - provide the best health care to as many children as possible. In Chicago, we treat thousands of Michigan children. Currently Chairman of Information Management and Telemedicine committees and a member of Executive, Personnel, and Donor Relations Committees.
